Nobi's smart lights in action: a proven success
Hartland House, a 31-room care community in the UK, partnered with Nobi in a pilot project to demonstrate the transformative impact of Nobi lights in fall prevention and detection. The project was funded by the National Health Service in collaboration with the LSC Integrated Care Board (ICB), the institution that coordinates local health and care services to improve the overall health of the UK people.
The results proved to be very successful. In just a few weeks, our smart lights uncovered that 64% of falls remained unnoticed; with Nobi, caregivers will never again miss a fall. Prevention being better than cure, the Nobi Smart Lamp can reduce elderly falls by 84% with her prevention features. If a fall should occur, care staff in Hartland House were able to assist fallen residents within 2 minutes of a fall, which is 28 times faster than before.
