Release Note 2025.3

We’re announcing two important updates to the Nobi system, going live on Tuesday, November 18, 2025. These updates are designed to bring every part of care a little closer together. They introduce a more connected way of working, where falls, calls, daily interactions and insights can come together on the platform you already use.  

1. Calls via the New Nobi Mobile App

Care staff can now respond to falls and nurse calls directly through the Nobi mobile app. Any device logged in for the shift instantly becomes a response point; no phone calls required.

How it works:
  • All team members logged in to the Nobi mobile app receive alerts for falls and calls.
  • Staff can contact residents directly through the app.
  • From the same screen, teams can set snooze time or log what caused an escalation.
  • No reliance on personal phones or calling one device at a time.
  • This feature works alongside your existing escalation procedure and does not require any changes to your current setup. It helps make response times faster and more flexible.
Additional improvements


We’ve also updated the Escalations Procedure page:

  • You can now add informative emails to escalation steps.
  • You can create users without a professional email address, including via:
    • Phone-based accounts
    • IP-filtered access
    • Standard professional email accounts

2.  Resident Insights

The new Resident Insights page brings everything related to a resident into one clear, central place.

 You can now easily view and manage:

  • Resident profiles
  • Privacy settings
  • Escalations and their causes
  • Sleep reports
  • Behavioral trends and patterns

Having this information grouped in one place helps teams quickly understand a resident’s well-being, identify trends, and adjust settings to meet individual needs.
